B2B procurement marketplace
Tawreed

A multi-tenant Saudi B2B procurement marketplace (MVP) that connects suppliers, business buyers and platform administrators inside one ecosystem. I designed and built the entire product — the public marketplace plus three role-specific dashboards — turning fragmented supplier-to-buyer purchasing into a single, governed workflow.
Tawreed is far more than an online store. It is a multi-tenant B2B procurement and supplier-management ecosystem built to streamline how businesses across many industries discover suppliers, request pricing and place orders at scale — replacing scattered calls, spreadsheets and chat threads with one auditable system.
Three parties operate inside a single platform — suppliers, business customers, and administrators — each in an isolated, permission-scoped workspace. The result is a direct, governed channel between verified local suppliers and the businesses that buy from them.

Platform architecture
Tawreed runs as a multi-tenant platform on a Laravel 12 + Filament v3 stack, with strict data isolation between every supplier, customer and admin.
- Multi-tenant data model isolating each party behind role-based access control (RBAC)
- Three purpose-built dashboards — admin, supplier and customer — on one shared backend
- Public marketplace (storefront, supplier profiles, catalogs) plus authenticated private portals
- Roles & permissions engine governing every action and view
- Custom UI/UX design system applied across the public site and all three panels
Core workflows
- Onboarding — suppliers and businesses self-register with company details and activity type, then get verified
- Discovery — buyers search and filter catalogs, open supplier profiles and review certifications
- Quotation (RFQ) — buyers request a price; suppliers respond and negotiate before an order is placed
- Ordering & payment — orders move through confirmation, payment (bank transfer / cash on delivery) and fulfillment
- Oversight — admins track every order, payment and supplier from approval through delivery
